Every religion has its own special festivals. Sinhala and Tamil new year is special festival for both sinhalese and hindus. We all love new year's eve. On new year's eve, everyone, big or small, usually works together.🤗
It is believed that the flowering of the Kovul sound and Erabadu is an ecological fore shadowing of the dawn of the new year. But, when scientifically inquired, it appears that the Kovul sound is done to produce their young.

Actually, my family makes it a habit to celebrate the New year in a festive way every year. All rituals are performed by my dad. 😊💖

No matter what the job, It is common for adult to return home for the new year. I have no more pleasure than going to buy new clothes for the new year.👠👗🛍️

Our mom makes a variety of sweets for this. Ash, sand paste, Kavum, Dodol, Milk toffee, Kokis are among them. It is customary to set aside a few of them for the year old prince.🧚🤩🤩🤩👇👇👇
It is my brother's duty to light fire crackers that every auspicious moment. It is our custom to decorate with traditional colors.🤩🤩
From the saving of the milk to the anointing of the head, we are performed all the rituals from dawn to dusk. 🙈🙈
Everyone is looking forward to the time to eat.😂 Making milk rice for food is a must for mom. Getting an education during the holy season is a task reserved for young children.🙄
New year's Eve is a fascinating game for everyone, big or small. The fact that everyone in the village plays the drums together is another wonderful sight that happens during this time.🤗
In a modern society where customs such as humanity and respect for the elders have deteriorated, even on such festive days, we need to inculcate these customs in our young children. 🤗
